You just only need to update your social media profile.

In terms of off page, I would suggest to go ahead with the natural stuffs of link building or off page. Like getting a hard core participation in discussions and blogs commenting is much more precious so as to efficiently make it to the way. Rankings does not only depend on off page part but certain onpage also have a direct impact on the rankings like the page speed, the CTR value and many other factors.

Lot of the members above gave u some very useful info if u follow those it will surely help

And my input on this would be that ur targeting a keyword that might have some big names as ur competition it would be best to go in 1 step deeper and target the location of ur business like Dental Clink in city/suburbs/town like that.

It will help u get ranked with little effort and will be good for targeting the potential customers. And if u really want to focus on Dental clinic better start with sharing valuable info on related forum and put the link in signature if it is allowed and also try Q&A. guest posting and Article sharing also helps a lot, Hope this helps and good luck.

If you are talking about the keyword "Dental Clinic" this is a quite competitive keywords so this keyword will take long time to hit on the Top page on Google.

Here are few factors to improve the rankings.

1. Do it complete on page optimization with stuffed targeted and high search volume keywords.
2. Optimize your keywords in Heading Tags (Prefer H1 and H2 Tags)
3. Optimize your keywords in content of the website with stuffed 3-4% targeted keywords and increase the density for the website/webpages.
4. Guest postings on Dental clinic and health related sites.
5. Improve the website loading/speed time. as per the Google page speed insights.

All these won't help your website ranked in 2015. Some of these methods might increase traffic but not necessarily boost your ranking. Focus on getting backlinks from PBN and press release.

Your keyword seems to be very competitive and would have to work in long run to get top SERP. Optimize your web page content according to the desired keyword and do good off page stuff, link building, social media marketing, and content marketing outreach to boost visibility over the internet.
