I'm earning good money and it's time to build a real good website

So, things are going well and I'm making decent money but I feel it's time for me to build a real authoritative website. I have a number of niche websites monetizing them with Amazon and AdSense.


I have a tech blog which is sitting making very little and I would love to really build this site up without link building and just adding "QUALITY UNIQUE CONTENT" although I'm finding it very hard to find a top quality writer from the UK and my target market is the UK.


I normally use writers from india as they are cheap but I'm willing to spend some good money on someone who can really come up with good content aka, how to articles, breaking news articles, product reviews etc.


Anyone have any advice on where to go and how to go about it. Please reframe from elance, odesk. Every time I post jobs on there, all I get is so called writers who fail to actually provide quality work and all they do is the bare minimum.


The content I would look for would be written, info graphics, video etc.

    Since you want to hire someone in UK, why don't you post a job ad instead of looking to elance e.t.c.?

    If you have the budget, you shouldn't look to elance.. They're generally cheaper services meant for people on a budget, and who do not need top notch quality work. (there are great people on elance, but the probability of that is lower).

    If you need barebones work done, elance/odesk is great, but from what you say, posting a job ad might be a better idea for you.

    Why wouldn't you just look at similar tech sites & try to hire those writers?

      That's a good idea buddy, I'm looking to hire someone who can work along side me, the job would be close to full time. I would need someone very committed for me to get this going in the direction I want it too.

    Check some warriors here, I worked in the past with some of them and the quality is Great, but don't expect the standar 5$ per articles !

      No, I wouldn't be paying so low, I will be willing to pay well as long as they provide me with good solid consistent work every month, I'm just finding it hard to find the right person for the job.
