Backlinks from contest

Hey guys, I'm doing contests for my podcast to get subscribers and I host the rules for participation at my guest's websites to send them traffic.
None of the pages have "No Index or No Follow" tags, however, when you try to find the pages on Google search they simply don't show up. Some of them do some don't (even after weeks of being published).

As you can see, both pages have similar structures and both contain links.
I'm asking because I need my podcast listeners to be able to find the pages, Why do you think this is happening?
