    One sure way of doing that is by being active on Social Media, by that I mean sharing your website content and links on Social Media and generating a social buzz around them. Some people here will call it generating Social Signals.

      Social junk is not an issue. Anyone that even mentions that for
      ranking, is smoking something.

      There's only two activities...really one. Links with anchor text
      that are not nofollow. Period.

      Internal linking counts, so I guess we could call this on page as
      well.

      Who knew how simple this stuff actually was....

      Pity I don't offer some WSO.

    guest post (Relevancy is important)
    infographic
    article directories,
    audio submission , video submission
    feedback , broken link trick, etc

    What makes a site ranks on SERP is by properly optimizing it onsite.
    Offsite actually is more on increasing site's online presence.
