Page #1 in google with no many backlinks?

Hello.

I see some of the website witch in a First google page #1 ..

But They haven't many back links and Facebook / g+ like or twitter ... and The age of domain isn't Old .. less 1 years old..

Wahts method these web sites use?

example :

guarddogonline.com

unique backlinks : 122

page rank : NA

Facebook like : 0

Twitter:0

google plus : 0

domain age :0 years 7 months old

When search in google " سگ " keyword .. this web site display in the first google page..

    Social media has nothing to do with it, and neither has the age of the domain.

    In this particular case I'd say "spam", but I might be wrong. Some of their links aren't too bad.

    Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.

    I had a site called fakeheadphones.com many years ago (now offline) I was ranked number one for many keyword and key phrases.

    My problem came from translating that traffic into money. Many people offered services to get me ranked number one .... for a huge fee of course. I had to explain that SEO wasn't the issue, I was already ranking above the likes of head-fi.org, ebay and amazon, the issue was that my traffic exploded exponentially, but my income remained the same as when I had 70 visit per day! No one, and I mean no one, could offer me a solution for my dilemma.

    So what is the point of you craving the number one spot?
