You cant really say pharmacy is in the same league as adult/porn lol...

In terms of backlinking it pretty much is though, PBN links op.

Guest posting is strong if you want relevant traffic then need guest post relevant and regular article submission, infographic another good way, if you get low quality guest post then how you can rank and if you site on .co.uk then get link local and also verify your local business , get reviews , local listing for more you can ask me here

cookiesfromhome, There are not such medical directories available for this niche, and I believe article posting in same article sites and posting posts in same blogger sites won't help much. And it is not a result oriented work.

Yes I do agree for SMO, but can I execute it? What to post in SMO and how to interact with followers?

SMO can be a tricky and thorny process. Just make sure that you are active on at least three social media sites and take part in discussions to interact with followers.

Many sites have their SM accounts, but rarely they got success from SM. And few of them already banned by FB for breaching their guide lines. Do you have example which I can follow?

You can use some search queries to find the guest post in a specific niche but anyhow you have to follow the process i.e. mail on the mentioned email ID and share the content and if they like the content they will approach you.

"keyword"+"write for us"

A good tip for this- you should approach sites with PR 2 and more it will be little easy.

Online pharmacy can mean a lot of different things. Some are much more spammy than others. Is what this site selling legal?

Social media is going to be tough for most products in that niche. Facebook is probably not going to allow ads. It depends on the product though.

AdWords is an option, again though, it depends on the product.

A private network would work well, but you better have a lot of money to invest.

I don't know, but to me it sounds like you took on a project that you are not qualified for. Best solution is likely to just refund the client whatever they paid you and move on to something else.

We do PPC, but as of now our main goal is to increase organic visibility. I am looking for methods which involve content marketing and build good links.

For that type of site, a private network is going to be your best solution. A real private network, not some shitty PBN. It will be expensive to do right, but it is going to be the only way to compete with the churn and burn spammers in that sort of niche. Even then, you have a long uphill battle.

Build links from related websites or authority sites that accepting the kind of your site. If there are some forum sites that related to your niche join them and interact with the other members.

For SMO ,You can create FB fanpage or twitter page for get daily traffic.But first you have to get more followers for get traffic .You have to post your services and products and all with effectively on daily basis for get more followers and connections.

Local Business listing is also very useful for your niche.
