How to add as many as google reviews for same site as ..my client site who has 2-3 low ratings add by his competitor so he want to improve the avg by adding few more reviews by his own so i need to know how much review we can provide from our system to same site...

    It depends, You will have use VPN or proxy to bypass it's algorithm first. Actually the problem is the IP addresses you are using to build reviews on Google+ Local page. If you will post these reviews it will not be live until it get approved y google. I have used VPN before and it works but don't bum-barred with reviews take some gap between posting review. Something seems Spamy your reviews will not be approved by Google. Another thing Try to consider few keywords in reviews it will help you to rank. Check competitor's category, once working with client I got to know that client were using different category that's why his page was not appearing in search.

      I think you should add some good reviews for your client but make sure not to use same IP. As it may create conflict.
