All attempts at SEO on Fiverr seem to be in vain

I have recently been looking at gigs on Fiverr to promote a website. I have found that it seems that the fiverr gigsters have been adding their own affiliate IDs in more than just a few links. Is this something that others have experienced? Thanks

  • Fiverr is a sick place. All their gigs are 3rd grade. Try doing own SEO at dropmylink.com
  • All of those services are outdated, they worked once when mass and spam links worked like 2-3 yrs back.
I didn't experience the affiliate links thing though, may be that's a new thing catching up.
  • It's 2015. Everything on Fiverr in relation to SEO is complete spam, that stopped working in 2011. Unfortunately people ot familiar with SEO don't realize that, and still have the mind set of "the more links the better". Those links will only harm your website.
  • Fiverr is top site to improve your all type business from bottom to top in cheap rates by SEO experts

    • And here you see a perfect example of a guy with no knowledge about SEO, who believes that Fiverr can really give you value for $5. No professional business will EVER use fiverr.com. Also fiverr is filled with people from 3rd world countries offering lowest quality possible.

No seriously, Fiverr SEO gigs are borderline scams. No sorry, not borderline, they are full on scams, because it doesn't work.
Now you ask, but why do they get such good reviews on Fiverr? Well, because it takes 3-4 months to see SEO effects, and people leave reviews after 5 days, once they get a list with 1000s of links where backlinks were created. The buyer then accepts this as job done and leaves positive feedback.

Stay away from Fiverr, it's pure scam, run by sellers from 3rd world countries, that will sell you anything for ask long as there is a market for it, with no regards towards quality.

Makes 6 figures (forum sig) & thinks fiverr sells SEO.

    Yep..., I'm on Warrior Forum.

    • Make six figures? Not anymore I don't. Sold the business years ago, biggest mistake of my life. I foolishly believed that working a job would be less headache than having a bunch of employees and pushing games online. Now I just sell an ebook and work a job like everyone else! And to the next smart a*s, no I do not sell on Fiverr.
