Authority Vs. Backlinks for SEO

I don't think backlinks is as important as before.

Last time we build quantity backlinks and still can rank #1. But now we feel that quality more important. Social Signals and Authority, and quality content with good On-Page seems to be the way to go.

    I suggest you spend some time on MOZ, you'll learn a lot from there.
  • High authority backlinks are more important to get rank in search engines.The higher number of authority backlinks your website have, higher the page rank for your website will be. Quality content and other quality off-page metrics also matters a lot.
