Where to find expired domains?

I am wondering what service/site people use these days to find quality expired domains to use to create a private blog network?

I have heard of Dropday but I don't think it is available anymore.

Is Freshdrop any good or do people use something else?

Thanks for any suggestions

Ive also heard of Hammerhead Domains and PBN Lab. Are they any good? PBN labs is very expensive but if it is worth it I'm willing to give it a go. Anyone had personal experience with it?

I doubt if there are quality expired domains? I mean why site owners let go of a site if it has already established quality? If you are thinking about expired domains will help you get off the ground, forget about it; that's a myth. I suggest that you start a new one instead. No offense.

      Yes, there are.

I know several people who closed their businesses and let the domain names expire. One of them, a mortgage broker, let his domain expire in 2009. At that time, his domain had a PR of 4 and 2 of his inner pages had PR of 2.

That is a quality domain from the point of view of backlinks.

I purchase domains now and again. There's one that was owned by a real estate agency... it was used by a particular agent they used to have. When the agent left them, they/he/she saw no need for the domain.

It's doing me lots of good... It's only got 20 or so links, but good ones, every single one... They did not know about buying spam links....

The same day, I bought one that used to belong to a roofer... They had it for several years... had some good links, some neither good nor bad... no bad links...

Based on what I know of PR, I'd say it's got a PR of 3 for the domain.

1 Link from 6 or 10 of these domains and I end up in the top 4 positions for medium difficulty keywords.

    Scrapebox works well.

I don't have personal experience with the above mentioned services but aren't they going to be hyper competitive and ultimately create bidding wars?

Expireddomains.net is good place but you have to do manual checks to get the metrics. If you want Done For You job ie high metrics, spam checked, Source Wave Market is your best bet.
