website title diffrent with my title tag

Hello
i have serious problem with on of my websites
my website url is:
http://drmhashemi.com
my title tag :
<title>جراحی زیبایی بینی،پروتزسینه ،ساکشن و تخلیه چربی رشت گیلان</title>
and title of website in search result is:
تزریق ژل،رشت
pleas help me solve this issue

    Just write your post title to Google's search box, and ye shall find.

    TL;DR Google thinks you're spamming and/or your page title isn't that good, so they changed it. In most cases they're actually doing the website owner a favour.

    It seemed to be a problem with Google bot crawling the site which resulted in Google shortening and adding our brand to the title tag.

      How did you come to that conclusion? Wouldn't "problem with crawling" result in pages not being in the search results at all?

      There's an explanation that's way more logical and straightforward right above your comment, and the fourth search result gives Google's own frigging explanation about the topic.
