PaulSch is right ! Don't lie about anything and let them know if you are working successfully with maxbounty from Xmonths

Keep your website's whois data clean and genuine. Generally we don't care about the address when we register a domain. But it may create a problem at CPA approval time

so need try and try hard and soul
