Blog load time for PPC

I'm putting up a blog with articles and reviews. I would like to double duty as far as pulling traffic. Natural linking, social bookmarkng and such and also use PPC.

Are blogs in general too slow on load times for PPC?

And if blogs are not too slow or can be tweaked for speed where is the best place to put the about us, disclaimer and all that info google looks for in quality score on a blog? In posts or recode the footer.php or what??

Loading time is basically depending on the amount of scripts installed, server speed, images, etc... I don't think it affects your ppc.

  I concur, it definitely makes a difference to the cost of a click on AdWords. (perhaps not on other platforms).
  
  A blog can take a while to load depending on the backend you are using...perhaps asome intro page is worth developing?
