Most of the pages you see on google when you do that search are pages and post i created when designing and testing the wp theme. I have nine articles and know of them is displaying on google.. which mean that they have not index any of my content

For new blog or site, google takes time to index, may be a day or a month.
But you can get quick results by doing ...
Comments on other high authority blogs
At least 20 Social bookmarking submission for every article
Submit re written article on web 2.0 sites and add anchor text with link

Find highly trusted website's in your niche to link to. Write a guest post for them with a link to your site. It's all about those High PR links that you have to fight for. The fight will end in your blog/website being on top.

I just started my blog 2 months ago with a free Wordpress template; the default setting of the website is not allowing Google to index my site. So I installed a SEO plugin which allows me to change the setting and I also modified the robots file in Google webmaster tool. After doing that, my blog finally got indexed.

Create back links to your blog on sites that are authoritative in your niche. Those sites get crawled regularly and therefore your site will be crawled regularly to.

if you have created a new blog and want to be get index, then use following step to get index
1.Create a Sitemap.
2.Submit Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools.
3.Install Google Analytics.
4.Create or Update Social Profiles.
5.Share Your New Website Lin.k
6.Bookmark It.
if you done all this still not get index,then you have to wait for sometime,because sometime search engine take time to get index a new blog or website.

Search Engine Bots have many ways to crawl a website frequently.

Nothing to do, just look at Search Console Tool and check Crawling Stats and Manual Actions. But, first make sure that you haven't block crawling or indexing behavior of bots by robots.txt file or meta robot tag.

You can use Fetch as Googlebot to index your website/webpage within a second. The Fetch as Googlebot enables you to test how Google crawls or renders a URL on your site. fetch url and do a google search and you'll see your website is indexed instantly.

Hi, you can create sitemap of your blog contents in order to get indexed in Google. You need to configure your blog in Google webmaster search console. After verify ownership of your site, you can test and submit your sitemap.

After submitting your sitemap Google will index your contents regularly. Make sure you regularly update your sitemap while adding new posts at your blog.
