Great WordPress Theme For Adsense?

This post is for the WordPress users...

I have been searching online for a couple of days to find a good, simple theme that can be used for any niche and will allow me to easily add just one Adsense block in 336x280 format just above the content. I would prefer it be just a two column theme.

I know from personal experience this format converts very well... but most themes seem to have 2-3 Adsense blocks and the ones I have found that I can customize how I want, have three columns.

    • Actually I got this from another warrior with the nickname internetmarketer99 (Mark). I think he's a quite respectable warrior. He suggested us to use: blusense-theme which you can get at:

      good luck!
  • I've read that the bluesense theme violates the Ts & Cs of adsense because:

    - There are too many ad blocks
    - You're not aloud ads directly below the page title

Does anyone know the official rules on this?

Where in TOS you find this?

    • Three blocks per page is max. Blocks under titles are only a problem if you do misleading crap like have a title called "Click Here To Learn More" and then have the ad block right under that.

Bluesense would never survive a manual review. It might go a long way to getting you smart priced because people may accidentally click on ads without meaning to and then bail on the site they land on. This means you sent poor quality traffic to google, so since the advertisers can't monetize your traffic they aren't going to pay you much for it either.

For some general info on WP themes for use with adsense read my reply to this thread yesterday.

    • I am displaying Adsense Ads on my site using the BlueSense Theme. This theme was recommended in the WARRIOR FORUM as a very good SEO Optimized Adsense Theme. But when i use this theme, my ads appear as normal, but no earning or traffic stats is being recorded in my Adsense account, even though i had already added these URL into my adsense account. The traffic stats do show on Google Analytics. Please what can i do, can you check the sites for me for any possible problem
  • olamilekan 2 - did you replace the default adsense code with your own code from adsense? If not, it will display ads, but not for your account.

To anyone using Blusense, you don't have to use all of the adsense code locations. This theme gives you several (more than the max of 3) adsense blocks, so that you have options. You must go in the code and remove or add your code where you want it.

  • I use the iNove 1.4.5 backed up by the Easy AdSense plugin. It's more than what you'll need for AdSense.
  • Check lightword wordpress theme. Perfect for Adsense.
  • Hi, you can try my themes at my signature. They are friendly with Adsense (you can add the adsense code in the top left hand side of my widget and that's it!).

  • This theme I am using for this blog works great with AdSense.
  • For better results from Adsense you should place it at the bottom of the post and there shouldn't be other too many links and advertising stuff, it should look clean to the visitors.
