    If you asking for website analysis ,check whether your website have canonical issue ,design issue, use of proper header tags and other tags were their or not.

      2. Check the site speed.
      3. Check whether site is mobile friendly.
      4. Check all pages in website.
      5. Check whether each page has h1 tag or not.

    - Understand who are really your target customers/your niche.
    - Understand your products/services
    - Identify keywords for the website.
