Hello Guys,

I just got banned from google adsense for no reason whatsoever and i have never clicked on my own ads or told others to click on my ads.i am only suspecting that i was banned cos i use my gmail to direct traffic to my blog since i have more than 500 emails on my list.

Is that a violation of Googles terms of service?if yes,hat do i do and if no then i must say that google sucks cos i had $780 in my acount which had been accumulated over a pace of 6 months.

It is hard to tell, though Google probably doesn't like you using your Gmail account to email your list I don't see why they would ban you from Adsense for that.

Why on earth would you let $780 accumulate in your account? I always cash out at $100 in case Google decides to ban me for no reason.

Noe once you get banned from adsense, most likely you won't be reinstated back into it specially if your whole account gets banned. This means the sites which were using your adsense account code will also get blacklisted and you can not use any adsense code on them, irrespective of the account. On these sites, you can look to use google adsense alternatives.

Now for getting back into your adsense account, you again need to reapply but with different website. Ideally you want to apply with a blogger account for immediate approval, but make sure you use different email ID for registration and uses different address. Ideally it will be good if you use your spuse or some close family members name and if not possible, then you can use your own name as the account holder. Do remember that the adsense check will only come on the account holders name. Another good idea is to open your company bank account and then open adsense account on the company name.

Now getting into adsense is fine but you also want to make sure that your the IP's don't match of previous account and this account as this may raise flags, so you can either get new net connection or can start using dynamic IP.

I don't think its against google TOS for a person to re-register in this way since its the account and websites, which get banned, not the person. I have seen google being fairly lenient about this though dont be stupid and break google adsense TOS again.

Another option which I have seen people whose adsense account gets banned is to use their friends adsense accounts. You can ask one of your close friend to create a channel for you in his adsense account and connect with his Google Analytics account which you both can see and share.

    Good luck...

That wouldn't be the reason.. is there anything else that you think may have caused this?

Maybe a large influx of clicks after you sent out your emails triggered something or caused a review. How often did you send emails? How much did that affect the clicks on your site? Is your blog spammy looking?

Did you get a significant increase in traffic or clicks? It might look suspicious to them. From what I hear Google never gives any specific details when they ban. It sucks that they're so impersonal.

I have really learnt a bitter lesson from this episode, but i cant really figure out why i was banned.i want to ask, since my site is a forum and i already have a membership of more than 3000 people,is it possible to change the domain name and re apply into the google adsense program without google suspecting?

Must i have to create a new website or forum again considering the work i had to do to get to the present number of registered members in my forum, please i need answers so that i can start all over again.

Can i use an autoresponder to send traffic to my website or forum and if yes, which autoresponder service would you recommend

Thanks guys for the answers so far

I would appeal first before doing anything. It is possible that one of your members was trying to "help you" by clicking on your ads repeatedly. It is much easier to win an appeal for "invalid click" than other infractions.

I know someone had successfully re-applied by changing the domain name but you would have to change every one of your details as well including your ip. But he was earning over $3000 per month and had to do everything he could to get in again.

It could have been better if traffic comes from organic search engines so it would look natural rather than using gmail becuase it may look suspicious. Somebody could have overclicked or abused the ads intentionally or unintentionally. Have you tried writing google and appeal your case?

Use this as a defining point in your marketing, Adsense sucks in every possible scenario you could think of bar one (sites designed specifically for Adsense with no external or internal links) Imagine how much traffic you have sent to a direct competitor in that six months.
