Traffic Travis Dead?

I just bought two days ago Traffic Travis, and I never used a pro version before. I used free version just to see how it works, but it was too limited, so I bought the pro version. I never saw Pro version because of the code I received never worked. It says it is used too many times, but I never before used the code nor Pro version.
I contacted support and still no respond, three days have already passed and no a single answer. I read on this forum that sometimes support need 20 days to respond. To me, that is unprofessional and how good can this tool be when support is so bad?
So what should i do ask for refund? And what with VAT tax, will i get that back too?
And what is the alternative to Traffic Travis?
