i'm new here,
i just want to know that is it possible to get google #1 rank with free hosting and domains, like biz.nf provides free co.nf domain with hosting for free???

What do you mean by free domain hosting?? If you really want to rank high in google rank then web 2.0 sites can help you.

  No, it doesn't. That's free hosting with a free subdomain. But that's besides the point.
  
  Any site can rank high, and free hosting isn't necessarily something that prevents it. However, free hosts are often very slow and limited. Site speed is a factor, and crawling errors because of server downtime aren't something you want to see.
  
  Are you able to fully control the domain? It looks like a subdomain to me, but there's some national co.TLD extensions that are treated like a "real" domain. If it's just a subdomain controlled by a random third party you're building your "high ranking" property on sand. At least make sure that you can take the domain and switch hosts.

Yes, you can rank with any domain in google but condition is your website must be with unique content or idea. Make a note here that TLD type domains will rank faster compared to others.

  It's badly written and doesn't have much information people can use.
  
  Generalities, like you need quality links, doesn't help anyone.
  
  At the very least, stop starting every sentence with small caps and check your spelling, there's a difference between better and batter.

YES SURE. If you do a good marketing for it you can beat private domains for sure. Just choose a good platform to build your site. I'd recommend webs.com, wordpress.com, wix.com and zohosites.com.
I usually use those websites as a part of my first tier backlinks but I don't see why google won't rank them first. One of my competitors just did that a while ago with a wordpress domain.

If you are welling to invest the TIME and EFFORT, you don't need a cent to rank #1 in google. It just take time and effort at creating content, editing exclusive images, changing VPN all the time, building subdomain websites and multi tiers domain.

Yes you can. But it will cost you a lot of time, money and effort.

I would not recommend to use FREE hosting and domains. You have ZERO control over them.

Once they are terminated by the provider, All your effort, money and time are GONE, forever.

So, start with your own domain and cheap hosting plan. It will not cost you a lot. But it definitely worth it.

Yeah it's really matter if it is new domain
Ranking matter on few aspects that is website content should be well and good I mean a unique content and relevant.
On-page should be good
Blog Post helps to rank in Google quite effectively.
