Thanks for your informative presentation and I also add that More video or long size video can reduce site speed if hosting capacity is low.

The page load time is depending on many factor which include images javascript and CSS etc.If you wish to optimize your page load time you need to resize your images you have to use image alttag to define every image. On the other hand you have to minify Javascript and you can use cache validor to optimize page load time

What kind of site are you talking about? What kind of hosting are you using?

The optimizations that are easy or even available always depend on the technical background of the site. For example, opcode caching is one of the most effective tricks to speed up PHP code, but it might not work on shared hosts. If you're on a commonly used CMS there's probably a bunch of caching plugins that you can try, but maybe not if your site needs to have logged-in front-end users.

Speed is increased by using dedicated server hosting. to test the speed you can use this site https://gtmetrix.com/ anything below B+ is not good. on mobile campaigns A is highly recommended.

Yes, this is true! I see ppl adding a lot of graphics, js and css, and increasing their sites loading time, while on the same time they lose visitors and possible conversions. You should always keep in mind that conversions is what you are looking for.

One effective way is to reduce the size of the images on your post. I did the same and it worked for me.

It seems like most of the methods are already covered by our fellow Warriors...

I could add another one which is kind of ''under the radar'' and mostly addresses that issue:
According to a survey report. 47% of the internet surfers want the website to load in less than 2 seconds. 57% of the website visitors closes the website if it takes 3 seconds or more to load.
    It's called Flush The Buffer

When a visitor to your site visits a page, it can takes around 200 – 500 milliseconds for the backend server to put together the HTML version of the page. During this time the browser remains idle. The flush() function in php will help by loading the partially ready HTML page to the browser and it can start fetching the components, while the backend server is busy with the rest of the contents.

To insert the flush() function in your WordPress site, open up the header.php file and find the </head> tag and insert the <?php flush(); ?> function right after it.

    Hope that helps....Cheers!
