Multi-Domain in one Website

At our company we have 4 main services, which we have productized, so we want our new website to have 4 primary pages.

We want to keep the same server and IP but use 4 different domains, 1 for each of the 4 main pages of the same website. All other (sub)pages apart from the main pages will keep using the actual domain we have.

We understand that this could be done with 5 different websites looking alike, but we would like to manage everything in the same wordpress. How can this be done?

We are aware that a simple redirection can do the job but we would like keep using the new domain name for that specific page.

I think this can be done via a multisite. Kindly refer some documents regarding multisite wordpress sites. You can surely manage multiple sites with a single wordpress and have track each site individually and literally have different admins.

I've done a site like this few years ago: three products, and the company wanted to use subdomains. Partly done for SEO purposes, and has been doing very good on a fairly competitive keyword. However, I'd probably do it the other way around and push all the sites to make one strong site.

As alexjames212 pointed out, it can be done via multisite (that's the way we did the site I mentioned back in the day). Or you can have one site, but configure it to accept all the domains, and see that all the links point to the addresses you want them to point to.

Thank you for your answer, just wondering is there any possible way rather than using WordPress multisite.

Because I want to use the new website completely,
This is what Multi WordPress will give
          www.product.company.com

          But I want
          www.productcompany.com

You can have "subdomain" multisite install to use any domain or subdomain. It doesn't need to be in any way related to the original domain. Google "wordpress multisite domain mapping". This is not the easiest thing to get running, but it's not too advanced either.

TL;DR You first set up them as subdomain.companyname.tld, and after the site is working in that subdomain you map the correct domain to that site.

For example, I've built a multisite for 7 companies. While they were part of the same corporation each of them had their own brand and domain name. Fairly easy and straightforward. After the process was complete there was addresses like corporation.com, bluewidgets.com, acccounting.com... where the corporation.com is the original address of the first site. Only the admins with access to multiple Network sites even saw that they were under the same WP install.

This is basically the same stuff that Automattic's Wordpress.com does.

However, you can have your WP install to accept any domain name that you point to it. You could have 4 different domain names on the same site. Then you could just carefully organize the links so that you get the product pages with the domain that you want to use. There's some gotchas to this approach, such as being also careful with your canonicals. If you use multisite the internal managing of urls works out of the box.

    Hello There!

Yes it can be done but the main idea if you really want a great ranking then try to be solid on that domain first.

You can however do a social media marketing where you create a lot of social media pages gather likes and then post your services there attached to your website.

That way you save money but has more probable prospects and visitors to your site.

    Thanks

This has nothing to do with the thread, and nothing to do with SEO. I'd not even count it as social media marketing.

Do not create multi domains on one website you create pages instead of this because this method hurts your website badly and google bot does not like sub domain.

This, of course, is absolute garbage. In other news, aren't we all clad to see this idiot spammer banned?

You should avoid having the same actual pages showing under several different domains or with different URLs. That's bad. Using several domains on the same CMS install is perfectly fine as long as you think what you're doing.
