One of my main site seems to be delisted on google. it was in the top ten of its category but its gone now. i looked 10pages deep and didnt see it.

Questions:
1. what would make it be delisted? it has tons of content and still has great traffic.
2. would something like SENuke help it get listed and placed again?

thanks! Dave

Have you checked if it's still indexed by Google, by searching for site:http://yourdomain.com/?

    Search on site:yourdomainnamehere.com

If you get results from your website, you're indexed. If not, you're deindexed.

If it's a relatively new site it may just be the Google dance. I would recommend that you keep building links and the site should come back into play.

Any of the following could be hurting you significantly:
    • Hidden text or hidden links.
    • Cloaking or sneaky redirects.
    • Sending automated queries to Google.
    • Loading pages with irrelevant words.
    • Creating multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.
    • Doorway pages created just for search engines.
    • Adding a large number of external links in a short time.

              Dave,

The same thing happened to me on Friday. I actually posted the same question.

However, as I said in my post, this happens about once a year for me...my site goes totally away. This lasts from a few days to a week or two at the most. The "week or two" only happened once, the rest of the times that this happens my site came up in about 3 or 4 days.

Hopefully, this is the same thing happening again and we'll see our sites up soon. I just wait it out and hope for the best.

oh.what happened?Has it been reduced to N/A.I see many sites's PR being reduced to N/A due to link exchanges - did the same thing happen to you or just a PR reduction?
