Had 1 30 page site get de-indexed from Google can I just move it?

I have several domains in this niche and a few that I am not using. Can I just move the site as is over to a new domain and hope it gets re indexed or should I spin things and change all of the posts?

I got into an argument about what is a 'sneaky redirect' on the g webmaster forum and apparently pissed off the wrong person. I have tried twice to get it re indexed with no luck.

It is all original content the argument was over a click here to watch video that lead to the video on my affiliates page. Apparently this is seen as a doorway page....

I never said the video was on my site.... Whatever it's dead now and it's not coming back.

Should I just move it as is (fixed the video issue already) or spin everything and then move it? It would be a lot of work to spin it all but if I have to...

It IS COMPLETELY out of Google and has been for months will they pick this up at a different domain and 'remember' that this content had been de-indexed from a different domain?

Opinions please....

Moving to a new domain works. If you have backlinks to the old domain, put a 301 redirect from the old domain to the new domain to pass them through.
Also, you won't need to change the content.

Not sure about doing the 301 thing, I am still getting good traffic through Bing and Yahoo.

To the person at IP 59.103.11.137 who obviously saw this post as an open invite to cut and paste my entire site (every post visited in sequence for approx 10 minutes)

I have already pinged the entire site on my new domain so it will be seen as duplicate content on YOUR end and not mine.

I will find it if you use it,,,,,
