Strategy for rank keyworks in germany

I am starting a new project of seo for keyword rank in google.de, but i dont have any idea. please suggest me how the work will do so that these keywords can came in top 10 or in first page. Now the current these keywords are present 13 & 16 position in google.de. Now i want to move the position of under 10..

    I'd focus on building more incoming links from other DE domains. Instead of working on backlinks from COM or NET domains, focus solely on DE. It may also help to have the website hosted in Germany.

    For long term duration of results you need to establish your site first from the target users in Germany. Be sure that the targeted keywords that you are trying to improve the rankings is really converts well and not only plain traffic. There are some sites with lots of traffic but no conversions at all.

    Any idea about what? It's not very different ranking in a local version of Google, and having a distinct language is very helpful for a SEO.

    Are you taking client projects when you've got no idea what you're even supposed to be doing?

      I am doing same SEO those are doing on google.com..The reason for asking here i thing its a different strategy for doing for .de that's why
