Google Speed Test Render-Blocking Issue

Hey Guys,

My mobile loading speed is 77/100. The main issue is the render blocking issue. I have tried many different solutions from searching this site as well as others, but nothing. I have even asked mythemeshop about how to fix it. Can anyone actually fix this issue?

Put all the javascript at final of the html document, regrettably the css can't not save from this issue, you only can compress the css with tools like "minify" for sublime text, so the files have the less weight in kb.
