Where to find the cheapest proxies?

Hi whats the most affordable way to use/purchase proxies? I wanted to use HMA, but I am on a windows 8 computer and it doesnt let me install the interface bc of a .net framework. I liked HMA bc of the quantity of the ips.

I tried squidproxies but I could only really try out 10 at a time.

has anyone tried, or come across anything new?

would appreciate your suggestions, thx.

    i use buyproxies. I don't know if they're the best but they work for my scrapebox fine.

    Use buyproxies.org, they are pretty good, i use them, 10 semi dedicate proxies for 10 usd

      If your really looking for a solution of free proxies i am using the Hidester Proxy list you can export the list of publich anonynous proxies (socks 4/5) and import it into your browser plugin.
