How do I optimise my site's links to be search engine friendly and crawled fast?

I am grateful so far for the help this forum has been to the success of my site so far.

However I have a series of questions to ask the experts in SEO in this forum.

1. Here are two links that opens the same content on my site: Download Chris Brown - Want To Want Me (Cover) ( mp3 ) and Download Chris Brown - Want To Want Me (Cover) ( mp3 ). Isn't this bad for my site's seo (ie as a result of duplicate pages on the same site)

2. If it is, which of the above links is more search engine friendly?

3. What do I do to my site to make search engines crawl it within seconds or minutes?

I'd appreciate all your tips, advice and reviews. Thank you.

Google and most of the major search engines have the ability to read and understand all type of URL's (Symbols, letters and alphabets).

My Advice is to keep the second link.
Also the second link is not so user friendly, keep the song track name (Chris Brown - Want To Want Me) instead of number (37778033). Then the URL will be more search engine and user friendly.
