IFTTT.com, social media integration, and the effects on ranking

I'm toying with my social media strategy (working hard on working less) and using IFTTT to automate some of my posts across different platforms.

I have a chain of "recipes" that is making things much simpler for me, but my question is whether or not I'd be better off pointing more items to my website, or having more items originate from my website.

For example: right now, if I post something to my blog, it gets posted to my Facebook page as a photo, link, or text update, then automatically duplicates it to Twitter and Tumblr. Facebook is kind of the central "action hub" for the steps.

Would it be better to have things post to Twitter and Tumbr directly from my website (instead of from Facebook)?

Or would I benefit from having the social content point to the blog?

What kind of SEO impact would it have to add interactions between social and the website?

I've attached an infographic that shows the chain of actions as it is.

Interested to know your thoughts.
