What is Really Happening In Youtube?

Hey friends help me to find out the youtube's tactic! I search a keyword in youtube "Yacht Dealing Specialist West Palm Beach" seen a video it's shows Zero Views if i click and play that video means it shows 65+ views, So my question is why youtube shows like that? Which is the exact one 0 or 65? Y appears like that?
Any Idea?

    Many people using pingsites to get fake views in youtube. Probably he also doing in same manner I think!

    Youtube takes 24-48h to update the views. so if you see 0 views that not means that the video has 0 views

    Ive noticed this a few times on videos on YT is it some compression bug or is it some way to avoid copyright filters by the uploader.

    go to CHANNEL >> VIDEOS TAP "under channel cover" >> you'll see views under video thumbnail.

    Did you check if it's always adding up with 65 or does it change? Because it doesn't count the second you watch it, as mentioned before.
