It seems as if Google is making it harder and harder for happy customers to leave a company reviews. To leave a review is different in different situations. For example, in some situations it actually says "Write a Review" while in others you have to click on the 5 stars in order to leave a review. That might not seem like a big deal, but it's hard to find for a non-savvy person.

Plus, it seems as if no one can leave a review from a mobile device. Google talks about how websites should be mobile friendly, yet their own company limits what people can do with their mobile devices.
