    A lot of possible reasons.

Links to the fb page- known and unknown.
Cookie cutter real estate page. What's the value?
Personal results. Google shows different results to different people.
Facebook is a better match. Perhaps less spammy, better title, etc.
Facebook does exude a tad bit of authority.

    Google this: Barnacle SEO

    1) I guess you know mobile homes for sale is a local keyword.

    2) Page 3 of the SERPs isn't ranking, traffic doesn't know the Facebook page exist.

    3) I'd clean up your site & do something with all those xml links in the header (cache screenshot below).

    4) You have 31,000 pages that are basically cookie cutter (site:mobilehomesforsale.com) which could be holding you back. Lay off the cookie cutter pages, target similar keywords on new relevant pages & see If they rank. First impression is you're over optimized.

I only took a quick look but mhbay.com has a double SERP listing for your keyword, they're also doing what I suggested you do, target relevant keywords instead of having so much focus on the OP keyword.

Compare their Google cache to your cache (text versions), you'll see what I'm saying.

Again, look at their site:mhbay.com search, no cookie cutter pages going on there.

Its possible, Google provide the best platform for the related query, Facebook page is considered as a trust site, Most of the target users engage with this page.

OP said Facebook was sitting on page 3 of the SERPs so it's not actually ranked & getting traffic.

My post is based on "Why the OP's Facebook page outranking his own site?" so that i stated the reason why Google consider the Facebook page as the most important platform compared to his site.

You have to look at your websites pages like a file folder. The name needs to be clean and tidy. If you look at the inner pages of your competitor, google can easily understand and index the pages. That needs to be your goal. Like yoursite.com/mobile-homes-alabama-city. Just one aspect though.

Maybe the facebook page is ranking due to its Domain Authority compared to the metrics on your site.
