Just use free webpages (Youtube, etc...) If all your doing is trying to get your name out there.

If you have a unique name (keyword) it shouldn't be too difficult. I guess you have at least one paid domain for whatever you're selling.
  • You should already have a few domains that match your name - not 25, but the work shouldn't stop there. Look into setting up a few social pages, and other free web properties. There's numerous methods that can be used for both individuals and businesses. You should have more than one method in place to successfully do ORM.
  • There are lots of different strategies, tactics, and different types of websites you can use for online reputation management purposes for individuals and businesses.

    Look into stuff like:

    Exact Match Domains
Buying Domain Names That Include Your Keywords And Popular Neutral Phrases
Look Into Using A Google+ Profile
    Business Directories
    Social Media Websites
    Press Releases
    Social Media News Releases
    Article Directories
    Video Sharing Websites
    Image Sharing Websites
    Audio Sharing Websites
    Presentation Sharing Websites
    Document Sharing Websites
See If You Can Acquire A Wikipedia Page
Take Advantage Of Online Resume Websites
    Post On Online Marketplaces
    Post On Relevant Online Forums
    Conduct Paid Advertising Campaigns
Post On Question and Answer Websites
    Build Your Own Public Lists
Take Advantage of Content Curation Websites
Take Advantage Of “Tagging” On The Websites That Encourage It
    Create A Subreddit
    Post On “How-To” Websites
    Create An Online Course
    Write And Publish An eBook
    Consider Using Pastebin
    Contact The Media
Promote Your Brand By Hosting A Public Event
Take Advantage Of The Fact That Google May Only Rank One Relevant Result Per Domain
Keep Track of All Your Website URLs That You Develop and Promote Them Regularly
Leverage Pre-Existing Positive Website Content When You Can

That's just some basic stuff you can start with...

  • Well, if you know for sure that your chosen keywords are going to be
subject of searches then having 25 sites which will be pointing to your
main one could make a difference other than that, you'll waste your
    time and money.

  • is he providing you his Reputation Management Implementation (step by step process to perform this)?

Initially, We provide this to all my clients so they will be guided what will be the outcome once they hire my services.is he got more reviews to be trusted?

if you are not comfortable with that guy, then move to the other one.
  • I have done several case studies to rank the name of an individual for purposes of "Online Reputation Management" -- I found out that these are the top 8 helpful websites:

    Facebook
    Twitter
    Linkedin
    YouTube
    Google Plus
    Academia account
    Wikipedia (user account page)
.com for the name (i.e. JaysonGuevarra.com)

.. and I have seen profiles from freelance/ out-tasking sites like Upwork, and author-type pages like Amazon Kindle or Scribd, are almost always there in the SERPs for individuals' names.

Just be sure that your own-paid-domain-with-your-name.com lists all your profiles (with backlinks of course) to confirm that these all point to the same person.

    Hope this helps.
