If Fiverr is crap... where to hire talented people for SEO ?

Seriously though, the people on fiverr get 4$ per job, were you expecting them to be "talented" ?

Define talented, the people I personally look up to and learn from work for nobody and are not for sale.

Define talented, the people I personally look up to and learn from work for nobody and are not for sale.

No they don't. Everyone I've worked with on fiver starts with the obligatory $5 amount, but if you want any real services done, they have tiered pricing based on your exact needs. No one on fivrr is charging $5 for serious SEO services.

I don't think Fiverr is crap, you can find plenty of pretty good people there. You should just check their history and what the clients are saying about them. If you still don't find a suitable person, you can try sites like upwork and elance.
