help please , page deindexed

I have a blog (link in my signature) and one of my pages have been de-indexed , i don`t know why, the page: How to add a second sidebar to blogger
I have builded some link for this page on some SEO related forums and blogs, i use meta description and keywords .... What`s the problem?

  • Not sure exactly what you mean.

    But sometimes they fall out and then come back very soon. I would check tomorrow.
  • have you been building Backlinks to your site? if you had is normal for your page or blog in this case to look like is not index, at lease on my case.
  • In my experience google will 'drop' a site a few days it is indexed and it will re-appear within a couple of days. Keep checking. (Someone experienced) told me this is known at the 'google drop'.

      #2: What kind of help did you think we could provide - we don't control Google.

  • If you haven't done anything blackhat, the site will re-appear in a few days.

    • Blackhat or not, as long as you don't change anything to your de-index page and try to manipulate the search engine, your site will eventually back.

      Just build more high authority backlinks to it, and wait till it shows..
  • Big G's doing some major overhaul in its search engine..So I think you're problem is not isolated..

    I would recommend just letting things be in the meantime and just keep your eyes out for new SEO related posts by others Warriors..

    A lot of things are pretty much up in the air right now..You could try applying more SEO techniques but IMO there's no assurance of it working right at the present..

    I think this "Caffeine" thing is making a lot of people nervous.

    • I'm thinking it's time to go pick up a nice big bottle of rum I'm seeing some huge changes playing with it. Sites I've had in the number one spot dropping to 5th spot - top 5 results are all "big players" that aren't optimized for the words just more trusted in general.

      Many cases the results are the same - no changes between a normal search and a caffeine search. Hope that's more the trend
  • First thing - don't panic.

    Try submitting the page/website to Google again here:
    Add your URL to Google

    I had a page that was de-indexed before. I submitted the URL
    and it was back on again.

    No guarantees it will work for you. But hey...no harm trying.

    In any case...continue with your backlinking efforts (don't spam though!).
    And add on more useful content.

    I'm sure it will come back on again eventually.

    I have checked the page again this morning ant it`s re-indexed , now it`s the last on the first page of google for the key phrase: How to add a second sidebar to blogger

    • Did you do anything to get it back? I understand that pages indexed and deindexed but I have one page that is deindexed for an unusual long period of time. At least longer than what I experienced before. Any ideas?

    Congrats on getting the site back into the index of Google.
    Don't worry too much about your site appearing and disappearing...
    Google's a big fat lady who likes to do a little dance once a while,
    causing a shake up on the internet.

    After things settle down, you'll usually find your site back in.
