Need Help With Majestic Data

I have around 50k keywords I'm trying to analyze. I need the same data that Market Samurai produces but for all 50k keywords. Of course Market Samurai craps out if you do more than several hundred.

Any ideas on how I can pull this data or if there is another program that connects to Majestic. I think writing a custom API might be my only option.
