Where Can I Find Full-Time Link Builders?

I want to outsource a fulltime link builder / Virtual Assistant who speaks decent English and is a whiz at SEO.

I dont want to hire him like I would a regular freelancer -- instead I'd like to see his profile and hire him fulltime for about 700 a month.

I know of agentsofvalue.com but they do not have availabilities this month.

Does anyone know of any other reputable places?

Thanks

When you are posting your ad in elance or getafreelancer just state you are looking for a fulltime worker

I got my girl from Scriptlance.

Make sure you in your job ad that you put in something like this

In your reply please quote "Daisy" otherwise I you will not be considered no matter what your qualifications.

You can put what-ever word you like for them to quote, I do this then I know that the bid for your project is from a real person and not just computer that searches and submits for everything going. You then only deal with bids that have your word in them.

Make sure you spell out completely what you want, Make the project for 2 weeks and then if they are suitable you contact them and make it permanent.

That is what I did. I also get my girl to fill out a form giving me a link for every comment she makes on blogs etc. Plus I make sure that the comments she leaves are of 2-3 lines and RELEVANT to the post.

Patience in finding the right one and well laid out instructions and open communication will get you a fantastic person to work with.

    Best of luck!

Yep, what Maggie suggests is spot on!

Always get a report so you can double check their work, or you may get burned. Even if that means paying a bit more. Also, make sure the link builder isn't sneaking in other clients' links while doing yours. It happens, believe me. As with hiring writers, you get what you pay for in this area, too. Be careful!
