What else would you place on my city pages?

Ok, I own a real estate website for mobile homes.... I am tossing the idea around about what I need to add to my city pages.... Here is an example of one

mobile homes for sale in Mabank Texas

Right now it has
- listings
- mapped listings

What would help my seo? Please do not say unique content, as im looking for something that I can program in to all city pages so I do not have to write 30,000 pages of content =).

Nearby city links?
Advertising box that people could purchase?

what is something that would give me more content to place on page that would help my seo?

    Look at the text version of that webpage it's not really optimized for much of anything.

    Download this web/dev Firefox plugin, use the 3 plugin settings below to simulate a Google Cache (text version) of your webpage.
    • Disable all javascript
    • Disable all images
    • Disable all styles

    I didn't check any inbound links.
