I Had 3 Articles On The 1th Page on google...why they drop down?

Hey I had couple goarticles articles on the first page on google
and now they drop down very low, some of them even not on the first 100 results anymore.

Someone can advice me why this happening and what should I do?,,

    Usually this happens with articles, and press realeases that are from sites that are not at all sitewide relevant to the search phrase

    That is going to happen. Many factors take place. You could be served different results because you are getting a different data center.

    You need backlinks, just get a lot of High PR back links and it will stay!

    I agree with kkchoon, you want to get many backlinks to your articles this helps make them sticky and stay in place more. That is what I do and my articles stay longer and higher on the SE's.

    It's difficult to say without having more specific information.

    If your articles are recently posted then you have probably benefited from having them listed on a high ranking "Recently Published" page. In addition, you may also have received a temporary boost in rankings due to the "Freshness Factor".

    Once these factors that temporarily boost your rankings wear off, your articles sink to their actual earned rankings. Just build backlinks from relevant pages that have lots of targeted traffic and over time your articles will rank higher again.
