Hi,
I have a bit of dilemma.
when i first started my website for my business (4 years ago) i didn't know much about SEO.
4 years on it's clear that key word in your sub pages still rank better in google than non-key word url.
One of my pages on my site does not have the keyword I now need to get into the top 10 serps and i think this is what is stopping it being higher. the other sites that sit top 10 have the key word in the subpage url.
My question...
I was thinking about just re-naming the page to have the keyword in it and using that.
Now i know this will cause problems with back links but to be honest i don't think those back links are doing much for me in the way of serps.
Is this as easy as it sounds or do i need to do anything more?
