I can't find my site in search positions

Hello!
My site is http://cortesdecabelomasculino.net/
On Webmaters Search Console webmaters my position appears first for several words .
but when I type in google, it appears only my posts google plus.
And i can not find my site even in the first 300 positions.
I already tried to do research without being logged and in another browser .I do not understand the reason for this .
Can someone help me!????
