Changing link structure affecting SERP

I have a website with some great text on the subpages. But now i want to change the link structure and add also the keywords into the url.

www.mysite.com/english/page5 ---> www.mysite.com/loose-weight-fast

Will this affect my SERP and how fast can i recover ?

    Anytime you mess with a ranked page URL you're gambling, even If you do a 301 redirect there's no guarantee the page will bounce back on the SERPs.

    Don't forget to correct any internal links If you change the URLs. Run Screaming Frog to check for any 404s.
