Is it possible to get 10,000 visitors in one month ?

why that will not possible to get 10,000 visitor monthly.
see
10,000/30 = 333.33 per day

avarage 333.33 visitor is not so hard to get from high content/blog syndication.

You could do research using SEO data tools like semrush, moz, ahrefs, majestic, if you have some experience you should be able to get an idea. If this site is on flippa and you are not doing your own research then you could easily get scammed. There's a real possibility that it's real but they are using a private network of sites for backlinks, these links do not come with the site to be clear, so a few months after buying it, the ranks could tank.

Could you provide a little bit more information here? Are you looking to buy these sites? It's certainly possible and if the keywords have no commercial intent, it's really not hard for somebody with experience. If I only wanted traffic, I'm pretty sure I could get a site to 10K UV/day in a few months. I'm not sure what the point of that would be, since it would be junk traffic that I can't really make money on. It would be a site filled with content like "The funniest cats of 2016." A site getting 100 UV/day on "car insurance quotes" would make more money and the hosting bill would be cheaper.

@irawr Yes, came across few sites on flippa and other blogs who claim to have sooooo many visitors since day one, well from first month of launching i really doubt if someone will get sooooo many site visitors that too unique with organic search.

@jsompinm well this site owners say that it comes from social media and organic, i can understand social media but organic since inception of site is really not digestible

You could do a bit more research on where the traffic is coming from. You said that the traffic is not paid, but at the same time it does not mean it's organic. There are a lot of ways to drive traffic to a site other than ranking organically.

It is very critical thing that many visitor in just one month . But i hope it is not impossible. If you want many visitor immediately, need hardworking .Need step by step do complete seo work. And need many many link building.

Its not that hard just for 10k visitors / mo via social media channels but organic (assuming from SE only and no referrals)? That sounds bit hard.

Of-course it is possible to get 10k visitors in a month. For that you need to have a strong SEO strategy and social media optimization. If you have these then it will be easier for anyone to get such visitors and doesn't matter whether it is newbie or older one

Well from all the replies that I have seen here, it is clear that one can easily get 10k visitors from first month only, but is organic traffic possible for all 10k ? I really wonder.

It is possible - but not with a one month old domain name!!

It takes a few months for your domain name to start getting a good reputation with the search engines - especially Google.

It would even take a few days, and sometimes a few weeks, to get your brand new domain name Indexed by Google and other search engines. So, if these site's domain name are claiming to be a month old, and already getting that much search engine traffic after a month - they are faking it!

Just look at their Alexa Rankings! .. if their alexa rankings are still in the millions, then there is no way they are getting 10,000 visitors!

It would be very possible to accomplish this in 3 to 6 months - but one month is just not there!

Uh what? Most of your advice was decent but Alexa rankings are completely worthless. I can make a brand new domain and get it into the top 1 million with a default wordpress install.

Also: I can 100% confirm with you that I have multiple sites in that get 10kUV/month that are not in the Alexa top 1 million. If I installed the toolbar maybe they would be, but since it's worthless I don't care.

Be very careful on flippa, if something seems fishy, move on. I've purchased sites on there, but I was able to identify that there was an issue with the site the person was selling. It wasn't "magic crazy numbers" it was more like, they didn't build links, they relied on adsense, or it struck me that the person selling didn't know what they were doing but the site was actually quite valuable from experience.

Its possible but depends on the consistency of the site to be seen anywhere, which means it will take analysis to get the necessary mediums to promote your website. Study on your target audience, the usual needs are redundant so you must be creative on how to surpass the trend with the new trend which is more interesting and beneficial to the users.

Of course it's possible. It depends on your connections, and how you're able to market the site. I would not expect Google to pick up a new site immediately no matter how popular it is, although that may also happen.

Here's a random anecdote I've posted a few times already. Two ladies I know who run a wedding planning service launched a wedding blog to show the awesome images they have. We had to move the site to a VPS in the month two. In these two sentences I've already shared the thing that's in my opinion one major factor behind this launch. They were prepared, and they had presence and contacts on this field. They also marketed the site on the right social media services.

They're not necessarily faking it. You need to see the stats and hear their story to make that kind of a claim. It's possible for a site to take off like a rocket.

As irawr said, Alexa rankings are beyond useless. I'm not sure why anyone would look at those.

Make a google adword campaign and target a bunch of keywords. You will get the 10,000 a month in visitors no doubt in my mind. You just might end up paying a lot. Back in the day i knew a trick where you could get 0.01 clicks!
