Depends on the CMS you are using.

If it's wordpress then try getting a free security plugin like Wordfence or purchase a premium tool to protect you.

If you are running website on Wordpress Content Management System then it can help protecting your website with the help of its spectacular plugin called Wordfence.

You can install it. It comes up with both Free and Paid Versions. Premium version gives more protection for your website as compare to Free one.

I totally agree with Mike, that numerous porn websites contains Viruses . Beginners didn't realize that if they are using same PC for managing their websites. This practice can harm their websites. So, one must keep away form these.

If I already use Cloudflare, will my website still be attacked? Or should I install Wordfence instead? I already tried, but it slows down my website.
