Need adsense/seo optimized wordpress theme

Decent themes don't cost a fortune. If you want it for free just pick a theme you like looking at.

The content is more important than the theme.

Yeah, I agree with timer. Also, most decent themes on the marketplace (mostly paid but some free) are optimized very well for SEO. You might be interested in the ultimate blogging theme. Just Google it. I only recommend it because you want something too that's optimized for advertising.

It's not free ($67) but is that really a huge price to pay?

everybody wants the best and everybody wants free. Yet Ironically these people want the best free so they can make money? Go figure!

Any Good WordPress Theme with the right SEO plugin will work fine.

Adsense is a lot more than placement.
