Real life [SEO] question.

Client has a pharmaceutical retail company doing offline and online sales, let's call it ACME. Company is starting a business in new market (new country). They claimed their own brand name cTLDs a long time ago.

-They have a cTLD domain/website ACMEstores.us with general info about offline drugstores, drugstore locations, about us page, small news section.
-They have a cTLD domain planned for online store ACMEonline.us, currently hosting old flash website with company general info, domain is ranked nowhere for ACME keyword. ACME is waiting for state license for online drugstore.

We want to SEO prep online store domain ACMEonline.us the best way we can for the day when they go live (planned for 1st quarter 2017) with online store website.

What would you do with ACMEonline.us domain before online store launch date (in 12 months) to consolidate it's SEO authority and rating.
Options:
1.302 to ACMEstores.us before going live with the store
2. Create a new Wordpress website with general info about the company, try to get some links, than overrun it with online drugstore website in 12 months
3. Leave the old flash website - this is not an option, flash must be taken off, it looks bad
4. ?

Any ideas ?

There are a couple of ways you can prepare Active Directory for Exchange. The first is to let the Exchange 2016 Setup wizard do it for you. If you don't have a large Active Directory deployment, and you don't have a separate team that manages Active Directory, we recommend using the wizard. The account you use will need to be a member of both the Schema Admins and Enterprise Admins security groups. For more information about how to use the Setup wizard, check out Install the Exchange 2016 Mailbox role using the Setup wizard.
If you have a large Active Directory deployment, or if a separate team manages Active Directory, this topic is for you. Following the steps in this topic gives you much more control over each stage of preparation, and who can do each step. For example, Exchange administrators might not have the permissions needed to extend the Active Directory schema.
What do you need to know before you begin?
      1. Extend the Active Directory schema
      2. Prepare Active Directory
      3. Prepare Active Directory domains
