Is it a good idea to have guest post on my blog?

Hi,

I am new to search engine and trying to learn and share. If I put a guest post page in my blog where people will post their content with follow backlinks to their site. Will it be harmful for my blog in any ways?

  1.Positioning yourself as an authority and well-known name in the industry.
  2./Getting exposure (traffic) back to your website.
  3.Building backlinks to your website.
