Question About Domain Authority and Page Authority

Hey guys, thanks for any input given here. I have a question concerning PA and DA.

I scored a do-follow inpage link on a .edu website, DA 82 PA 48. Does DA and PA pass to my domain because of this link similar to the likes of Page Rank?

    Truthfully, it does not matter if it does or not. Google pays zero attention to DA or PA.

      Do you think .EDU links are more powerful than others? Im not talking about forum links, im talking actual College listed backlinks on a real EDU site.

        They are no different than an equivalent .com link.

        The .edu myth is something that shitty link sellers have been pushing for years.
