What Would You Do With This Domain?

I just bought a great PR5 expired aged domain with quality backlinks from authority sites. The website was previously about providing scholarships to single parents, thus all the backlinks are related to that niche. Im not really interested in making a site about scholarships, I was thinking I could rank for some good keywords or something since my domain is an authority. But i'm not sure what the best thing I could do with it. What would you do?

    Well first, I wouldn't buy a domain unless I knew what I was going to do with it first. IMO, I don't believe one PR5 is something that I would create another website for. I would either:

    Sell outbound links on that specific page
    301 direct to my main website
    Get a refund for the domain
    Signature

    Why in the world would you buy a domain and have no plan for it?

    Also, you know that PR has not been publicly updated in over 2 years, right? You really have no clue what the PR of the page is.
