Monetisation Tips For My Website?? Visitors are from Google

Hello Warriors,
I have created a dating tips website which at present receives 900 visitors/day and by the next month will receive 1000-1200 visitors/day.
I have ranked the website for some of the best keywords.
I am over with it and want to sell it. Now I am planning to monetize the website so that I get a good price. I saw that adsense pays low cpc for dating niche.
From a freelancer I created two ebooks and displaying it on my website, but from the past one week I just got one sale with $9.99.
Help me out with a proper monetization tips..

    If your site is presenting dating tips, why wouldn't you put affliate ads to a dating site? Depending on your search traffic, use something like match.com or look at some of the adult dating websites.

    I'd probably do the same as MikeFriedman suggests.
    Create a comparison list on the best pages, with maybe 5-10 affiliate links to dating sites.
    With 900 visitors a day you should probably see one or more conversions daily if you do it properly.

      No. I would just pick one dating site to use. It is more trustworthy.
