Google Analytics Code is not Set But Google Analytics is still showing data in reporting

I am in fix to a problem related to google analytics. One of my website was down for last one and half month and no google analytics code was set up in that for that period of time. now the website runs again and when i checked the google analytics for the website it shows the all data for last one month. if there was no code in the website then how it is possible to track the data for google. Is google analytics is not authentics source of tracking website traffic data. please help me out..

Without code its not possible to track your website. Check again may be you had put into body tag.
